“We just wanted to send you an email to let you know your books are awesome! We are a very sporty household of 4 very energetic boys who struggle to enjoy reading. However they are massive Bondi Rescue Fans and we had found out you had written some Maxi the Lifeguard books, I was pumped to get them for the boys. Little did I know just how excited they would be. One of our boys read two, yes two of your books in two days and the other had read a book and half! They literally have not put them down. They are reading everywhere. On the way to school, training you name it. My husband asked what have I done with our kids lol. Keep them coming Maxi you are an amazing role model for young boys. "Hi Leigh and Maxi, I just wanted to say a massive thank you for setting up Maxi’s rescue squad because it has been so valuable to me. I’m actually a young carer for both my dad and grandma and when I first became a carer I felt really unprepared but watching your videos on first aid and fire safety made me feel a lot more confident in looking after my household as I just gained a wider knowledge on different day to day safety tips.
